Concierra · your vacation concierge
A concierge that plans, books, and watches your whole vacation. Always there.
Ask one question. We research flights, hotel, tickets, and transfers, show you the honest door-to-door total, book it when you approve, and stay on it until you’re home. About 20 minutes of your time. None of it on the phone.
Is it worth staying on-site for a family of 4 in June?
Concierra
Usually, yes, and the reason is time, not perks. Every on-site hotel gets you early entry, so in June you’re at the big rides an hour before the crowd, and you’re 12 minutes from the gate instead of 40 each morning. Off-site saves roughly $700 to $900 on the room; parking and rideshares give $300 of that back. Tell me your dates and I’ll price the three on-site tiers against a good off-site hotel, door to door.

Got it. One more before I price it: anything about mobility, heights, or standing in lines I should plan around?

Both are one package with one total. Perk rules are versioned; when a park changes them, affected families hear about it the same day with the plan already adjusted.
What we do for you
Everything between the question and the flight home.
1
Research
Three hotels, priced door to door: flights, room, tickets, Express, transfers, parking. Included perks priced in, so you see what they’re worth. One recommendation, one alternative, one sentence on why not.
2
Booking
You approve once. A licensed booking agent keys the package the same day and you get every confirmation number, linked to your park account. Nothing is booked until those numbers exist.
3
Watching
Daily re-quotes, rule changes, dining and pass windows, storms. When a price drops we rebook and tell you what you saved. When nothing matters, we’re quiet.
4
In the park
A plan per day built around who's going. Ride down? We move things and say what didn't change. Anything else, ask your concierge. It's there at 6am at the gate and at 11pm in the room.
The honest number
You’ll see a total nobody else shows you.

Royal Pacific is $160 more than the Marriott once you add Express, and you’re on property with early entry. That’s the whole recommendation. Family of four, June 14–18, flights from Austin.
What we don’t do
The limits, up front.
A concierge is only useful if you know where it stops. These are ours right now.
Two destinations right now.
You don't buy anything you didn't ask for.
We don't guarantee wait times.
We can't forecast weather more than 10 days out.
Booking is done by people.
We don't call anything booked before it is.
How it works
Four steps. One of them is yours.
1
Ask
Your question, your dates, who’s going. The answers become your family profile: heights, mobility, must-rides. Entered once.
2
Approve
One page: the total against your ceiling, itemized, with a note from the booking agent who reviewed it. Approve, ask, or change something.
3
We book
Your booking agent keys it, links your park account, and sends the numbers.
4
We watch
Price drops, rule changes, windows, the plan for each day, the replans. You hear from us only when there’s a decision.
Your booking agent added
Ask for a room near the elevators. Royal Pacific’s towers are long walks. I’ve noted it on the booking.
